I offer a space that’s warm, supportive, and judgment-free—where you can show up just as you are. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and move toward the changes you want to see in your life. I’m not tied to one specific theory or method. Instead, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—pulling in elements from person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and others—depending on what fits best for you.
